Chef Steven began his culinary training at the age of 16 on the beautiful Island of the Bahamas. After graduating from high school he was awarded a scholarship from the College of the Bahamas to further his culinary journey. Upon completion, he was employed at the Atlantic Beach & Golf Resort, where he developed his
Caribbean flair.
He later earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where he graduated with honors. He has worked in various fine dining establishments and added an array of specialties to his repertoire including Italian, Asian, Mexican, and Refined American.
Chef Steven has a passion for creating exquisite cuisine that can best be described as culinary artistry. He is the Owner/Executive Chef of All Spice, Inc. Personal and Private Chef Service that serves Busy Executives, Professional Athletes, Families, Seniors, and those in need of special diets. Chef Steven’s ultimate goal is to prepare food that brings satisfaction and joy into the homes of those he serves. One of his proud moments as a chef, was the opportunity to cook for the current prime minister of the Bahamas, Hubert Ingram and his wife.
